Frontburnr

Frontburnr was a startup website dedicated to connecting gamers with their favorite brands. While the site rose and fell in a short time, a lot was learned and I got to flex my visual design and user experience muscles while creating this site from concept to reality.

Homepage

The homepage was a media rich landing for the users to learn more about new products and interact with their community.

Logo

The concept of FRONTBURNR was a community site of gamers to share and connect on what was on the forefront of the gaming scene. I designed the logo to marry the concept of a traditional front burner and a video game controller's buttons.

Product Showcase

Product showcases were pages designed to curate content related to a specific game. Publishers would provide assets to FRONTBURNR to design the pages, and content would be generated by the users. Down the page, the user could select how to purchase the game from their preferred retailer.

Retailer Showcase

On top of product showcases, brands themselves could create their own pages on the platform to reach their loyal customers. FRONTBURNR was going to be a one-stop site for all things gaming: a buyer and seller's community, customer content, and deals from all brands.

In addition to website, I designed this pixel-art twitter avatar for the site creator.
